Month 1-2: Join a Forum 

  • Identify and Join a Forum: Find a Forum group that aligns with your business and personal growth goals. This is your core peer group within EO, offering a supportive environment to share experiences, challenges, and advice. 

  • Engage Actively: Start participating in Forum meetings, and begin building trust and respect within the group. 

  • Find Local Events to attend

Month 2-4: Attend MORE Local Events 

  • Participate in Local Chapter Events: Attend events hosted by your local EO chapter. These events often feature notable speakers and offer opportunities to connect with fellow entrepreneurs in your area. 

  • Network and Learn: Use these events to expand your local network and gain insights from business leaders and peers. 

Month 4-6: Explore Regional Events 

  • Plan for the Global Leadership Conference: Start preparing for the GLC in Hawaii. This is a major global event that will immerse you in EO’s global community and leadership experiences. 

Month 6-8: Engage in Global EO Programs 

  • Global Leadership Conference (GLC): Attend the GLC in Hawaii. This event offers an in-depth look at global entrepreneurial trends and connects you with leaders worldwide. 

Month 8-10: Join MyEO and Special Interest Groups 

  • Participate in MyEO Activities: Engage in activities that align with your personal and professional passions, creating more meaningful connections within the EO community. 

Month 9-12: Fast-Track Your Leadership Journey 

  • Start Your Leadership Journey: Consider taking on a leadership role within your EO chapter or apply for regional leadership positions, be a moderator, or join your local board, be an accelerator coach. This will accelerate your growth and increase your impact within EO. 

  • Continue Participation in EO Adventures: Participate in EO-curated global adventures like the EO Tanzania Exploration. These events offer unique experiences that combine learning and networking. 

Month 10-12: Share Your Knowledge 

  • Create and Share Your Keynote: Consider participating in the Global Speakers Academy to refine your public speaking skills and share your insights with the EO community. 

  • Reflect on Your First Year: Take time to reflect on your experiences, personal growth, and the value gained from EO. Use this reflection to set new goals for your continued journey.
